Unwind and reconnect with your creativity in this soul-soothing workshop that blends gentle movement, time with animals, and watercolor painting in nature.
We'll begin with a short and accessible chair yoga practice to awaken your creative energy and ground your senses. Then, you’ll be invited to either sketch a horse yourself or choose a pre-sketched watercolor outline—perfect for easing into the process without pressure.
Together, we’ll explore how to use watercolor washes, capture light and shadow, and work with a limited color palette—a beautiful metaphor for trusting that what you have is already enough. Afterward, you’ll take your materials outside for a peaceful guided painting session by the horses, with time to pet them, offer treats, and connect with their calming presence.
No art or yoga experience is necessary. You’ll receive gentle, one-on-one guidance from Jodi Sibilia, who holds a Master’s degree in Art Education and brings years of experience helping people find joy through creative expression.

Hosted by Stone Wall Farms and yoga led by Jodi Sibilia of Yoga By The Lake, this empowering workshop invites you to explore how confidence lives in the body — how it is sensed, expressed, and reflected back to us, especially through our connection with horses.
This workshop focuses on gentle, embodied postures and energy-based movement practices designed to help you access your inner steadiness and authentic presence. Through breath, posture, and subtle awareness, we’ll explore what it means to feel confident, grounded, and open.
From there, we’ll step into the ring for a special experience called lounging — an energetic, non-verbal dialogue with a horse in motion. This powerful practice highlights how our breath, body language, and emotional tone can influence and guide another being, without force or words.
It’s not about performance — it’s about presence.
This shared experience will offer insight into how we move through the world:
💫 How do we hold our energy?
💫 How do others respond to our presence?
💫 How can we lead with clarity and calm?
Whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself or simply curious about the intuitive magic of horses, this workshop will leave you feeling more aligned, more grounded, and more confident — inside and out.
🌿 No horse experience necessary.
🧘 No riding involved — just presence, practice, and reflection.

Join us for a calming, creative class that blends mindfulness with making. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you center your thoughts and soften your breath — then shift into a quiet weaving practice using simple materials and intuitive movement.
This monthly class offers a gentle space to slow down, connect inward, and let your hands move with your breath as you build a small tapestry over time. Think of it as a meditative journal — one you create thread by thread.
🧵 All materials are provided (looms, yarn, and tools), but feel free to bring a special yarn or fabric scrap that holds meaning for you.
Perfect for all levels — no weaving or meditation experience needed.

Join us for a heart-opening ritual of movement, mantra, and firelight — guided by the grounding medicine of ceremonial cacao sourced from the Semuliki Forest in Uganda.
We’ll begin in sacred circle, sipping warm, regenerative cacao grown by a vibrant community of young farmers — over 50% of them women — whose spirit and strength live in every cup. This cacao is known for its deeply nourishing properties:
✨ Uplifting your mood
✨ Energizing your body
✨ Nourishing your system
✨ Inspiring your soul
As the cacao opens your heart and softens your breath, we’ll chant a simple mantra — “I am. I can.” — and reflect on what we are ready to release.
Together, by the fire circle by the lake, you’ll be invited to write down what you’re letting go of and offer it to the flames in a powerful act of transformation.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
Bring a journal (complementary journal for new participants)
Cacao is lab-tested, organic, and sourced with love and intention.
